License Amendment Request Dated July 29, 1977 Attached are three originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for a change to the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the Provisional Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. The first change corrects an editorial error which presently exists. The second change seeks a more restrictive FCPR limit.
We have determined that these changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question.
