r' MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 License Amendmetit Request Dated January 30. 1976 Attached are 3 originals and 37 conformed copies of a request for change of the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the Provtsional Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, dated
' January 30, 1976. This request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations Cocuittee and the Safety Audit Cocnittee.
h is License Amendment Request contains proposed changes to the Tech-nical Specifications coverning containment leakage testing.
Wese changes are being submitted in accordance with the request contained in a letter dated August 13, 1975 from Mr. K. R. Coller, Division of Reactor Licensing, USNRC.
We have determined that these changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question.
