Based on similar action being pursued for HATCH Unit 1 (Georgia Power Company), and as yet unresolved, a steamline break smaller than the design basis accident has the potential for release of increased amounts of radioactive material prior to cessation of steam flow which would occur when pressure decreased to the requested low pressure isolation setting.
