Dear Mr. Kingsley:
SUBJECT:
ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION AT SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT This letter confirms the dates of January 14-18, January 28 - February 1 and February 11-15, 1991, for the Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection (EDSFI) at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant.
These dates were established during a telephone conversation between Ms. Marcy Cooper of the Sequoyah Staff and C. Julian of this office on December 7, 1990.
The week of January 14-18, 1990, will be for preparation and plant familiarization by the NRC inspection team.
The remaining two weeks will be-devoted to inspection activities.

on January 14, 1991, and the exit meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 1991.
The inspection will take place at the plant site.
If possible, sufficient work space should be provided to accommodate both the NRC team members and interfacing licensee personnel.
The objective of this inspection is to assess 7he present configuration of the offsite and onsite electrical power systems capability to sustain loads as required to support the safe operation of the plant.
Accordingly, for this inspection, it is requested that the following documentation be-made available at the site.
Documentation denoted by an
