The results are documented in the enclosed report. We plan to meet with you onsite on January 9,1990 to discuss this SALP. At that meeting, please be prepared to discuss our assessment and any plans you have to improve performance. Overall, this SALP found careful, conservative planning and safe, proficient accomplishment of activitics. Please provide your written comments on the SALP, if any, within 20 days of our SALP discussion meeting with you. The enclosed report and your response will be placed in the Public Document Room.
