office from October 22 - 24 and October 31 - November 1, 1990, of activities
authorized by NRC and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Taylor
with Mr. McCormick, Jr. and other members of your staff at the conclusions of
the inspection,

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
