Dear Mr. Brand:
This refers to my telephone consersation with you and Dave Leckie of last Tuesday, August 25, concerning the captioned matter. Pursuant to that tele-phone conversation, I have enclosed the NRC Staff's operating license anti-trust inquiry that was sent to Gulf States Utilities on August 16, 1983.
This inquiry is being conducted in connection with the Staff's ongoing cperating license antitrust review of River Bend Unit 1.
Upon receipt of the requested infonnation the Staff will publish a Notice to that effect in the Federal Register and invite ccrsents' thereon within thirty days.
