Regarding your request dated October 9, 2019, that you filed electronically with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the NRC staff is in the process of evaluating your request to determine if it meets the NRCs requirements in § 2.802 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Petition for rulemaking -
