APPFilDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Pennsylvania Power and Light Ccupany Docket No. 50-387 Susquehanna Unit 1 License No. NPF-14 As a result of the inspection conducted on June 28 - August 9,1983, and in accordance with the NPC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR 2, Appendix C) published in the Federal Register on March 9,1982 (47 FR 9987), the following violation was identified:
10 CFR 50 Appendix D Criterion VI and PPF,L Operational Policy Statement OPS-3 Revision 1 require that raeasures established to control the issuance of documents shall assure that documents including changes are distributed to the location where the prescribed activity is performed.
Contrary to the above, as of July 27, 1983, quality drawing J-653, sheet 89, Revision 7 dated June 11, 1982, had not been distributed to control room stick file number 127, where the drawing was being used.
This is a Severity Level V Violation (Supplement I).
