NRC STAFF MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE TESTIMONY ON CONTENTION II.C The Staff hereby moves the Licensing Board to extend the time for filing testimony on O'Neill Contention II.C which concerns the seismic structural adequacy of the 75-ton containment crane, from September 21, 1983 to October 7, 1983. The additional time-is necessary for the Staff to complete its review of the Licensee's analyses of the crane.
All of the parties to this proceeding have been contacted concerning the time extension, and there are no objections, provided the other u
parties may also file by the later date if desired.
