REPORT N0. 70-1151/83-13 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. G. L. Troup of this office on July 18 - 21, 1983, of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1107 for. the Westinghouse-Columbia facility and to the discussion of our findings held with you and your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and represeatative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were-disclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written.
