Dear Administrative Judge:
On August 12, 1983, Applicants filed " Applicants' Motion to Strike Intervenor's Extra-Record Submittals."
In that filing, Applicants requested that the Board strike "the numerous unsolicited and superfluous documents recently filed by Intervenor CASE."
(Motion,at1). On August 15, 1983, the Board issued a " Memorandum and Order (Motion to Supplement and Correct Record)." The Board's order denied, for lack of ripeness, a motion by CASE to supplement the record in this proceeding.
The Board's order appears to encompass the issues raised in the Applicants' motion. Accordingly, the Staff does not intend to respond to their motion.
