Two copies of Technical Manual Thermocouple / Core Cooling Monitor Volumes I and II.

This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information - corrinercial and financial information which we consider privileged or confidential. It is of a type customarily held in confidence by Westinghouse and is customarily not disclosed to the general public.

This information is being furnished in accordance with the request of the Commission and pursuant to the Connission's general powers under Section 161 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Accordingly, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosure.

This material is for your internal use only and may be used only for the purpose for which it is submitted. It should not be otherwise used, disclosed, duplicated, or disseminated, in whole or in part, to any other person or organization outside the I&C Systems Branch without the prior written approval of Westinghouse Correspondence with respect to the proprietary asoects of this i transmittal should reference AW-83-69 and be directed to the undersigned.
