From a May 9,1983 telephone conversation between Mr. J. Davis of this office and Mr. R. Chapman, Senior Vice-President, we understand that the hospital does not desire to maintain the nuclear pacemaker license and wants the license terminated.

If your intent differs from our understanding, please notify this office immediately.
