j As required by Mr. J. R. Miller's June 7, 1983 letter, attached please find our responses to the two items of non-compliance which were identified in the Notice of Violation attached to the subject Inspection Report.
As required by the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, we have included, where appropriate, for each non-compliance:
(1) the corrective action taken and the results achieved, (2) the corrective action to be taken to avoid further non-compliance, and (3) the date when full compliance will be achieved.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, it is requested that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the Public Document Room.
