NOTICE OF APPEAL Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.714a (1982), the Citizens for an orderly Energy Policy, Inc. (Citizens) hereby appeals the July 28, 1983 decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board which is presiding over the above captioned proceeding. This decision denied Citizens' Petition to Intervene which was filed on June 14, 1983. A brief supporting Citizens' appeal accompanies this notice.
