Gentlemen :
Reference 2 requested that we provide you with a final submittal of Appendix I Technical Specifications and the ODCM as agreed upon at the LACBWR site review conducted during February,1983.
Reference 3 transmitted to you an applica-tion for license amendment to incorporate Appendix I Technical Specifications.
Accompanying this letter is the final draft of the LACBWR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM) for your information as requested in Reference 2 and as agreed upon at the site review conducted in February,1983.
The methodology and calculations used in the ODCM have been reviewed and revised, as appropriate, by members of the plant health physics staff and the Cooperative environmental affairs staff.
