COMMENTS ON LAKNER'S DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION SUBMITTED BY M. ERNST, P. BARAN0WOSKY, G. BURDICK, DATED AUGUST 2,1983.
This memorandum is submitted in accordance with Section G.2.b of Appendix 4125 NRC Manual; the referenced memoranda contain statements / comments that were obviously expertly orchestrated to sound synchronized and in unison. Unfortunately for the Commission and the general public,. the statements do not reflect-veraciousness nor. accuracy which are important-ingredients, in my opinion, in the professional as well as ethical sense, when we consider paramount reliability / safety issues affecting nuclear 5
