issue of the ability of the emergency diesel generators to perform their required function in light of past instances of cracking of the cylinder heads of the Shoreham diesels.
The hearing will commence on August 29, 1983, at 10:30 a.m., at the:

However, there will be no opportunity for public participation during this evidentiary hearing.
