ORDER August 8, 1983 The motion of the Miami Valley Power Project (MVPP) to reopen the record in this operating license proceeding is denied as premature in light of the pendency of a similar motion before the Licensing Board.

Should the Licensing Board deny the latter motion either on jurisdictional grounds or on the merits, MVPP may then seek relief from this Board in such form as may be appropriate in the circumstances.1/
