REQUEST FOR TIME EXTENSION TO ANSWER STATEMENTS OF PERSONS SEEKING TO INTERVENE AS PARTIES On July 26, 1983 Dr. Robert M. Lazo, Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Presiding Officer, made an order directing the Er.srgy Systems Group of Rockwell International Corporation to file an answer to the statements made by ten persons seeking to intervene as parties to the proceeding, within ten (10) days after service of the Memorandum and Order.
Due to the unavailability of Dr. M. E.
