Docket No. 50-482 Gentlemen:
At the prehearing conference on March 10, 1983, the parties agreed to prefile written testimony twenty-one days in advance of the hearing.
As a result of the recent resignation of the Agency's main reviewer for 21f Creek, I au requesting additional time to prepare the prefilaa testinony. Consistent with 10 C.F.R. 5 2.743 (b), I am requesting that the Federal Dnergency Managenent Agency's written testimony not be due until " fifteen (15) days in advance of the session of the hearing at which its testinony is to be presented."
