SUBJECT:
AMENDMENT TO LICENSE NO. S2-362. NATIONAL BUREAU OF STANDARDS, WASHINGTON, D.C., TO INCORPORATE A RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN AS A LICENSE CONDITION We have reviewed the Radiological Contingency Plan required to be submitted by the subject licensee in accordance with the Order issued by the commission on February 11, 1981, and find.that the licensee's plan meets the requirements of that Order. Our Safety Evaluation Report (SER) is attached as Enclosure 1.
Please process an amendment, such as that in Enclosure 2, to incorporate a condition that the licensee implement, maintain, and execute the response measures of his Radiological Contingency Plan. We would appreciate the opportunity to sign off on the amended license at the time of its issuance.
This memorandum supersedes the memorandum on this subject dated July 18, 1983, from F. D. Fisher to W. T. Crow.
