At the request of Carl Stahle of your staff we are providing revised information concerning our previous response.
Enclosed is a revised flowchart which provides additional information developed since our initial response and negotiated completion dates for the emergency response capability requirements. The flowchart completely supersedes the one provided in our April 15 submittal.
