Dear Chairperson Hoyt and Members of the Board:
By Order dated July 20, 1983, the Board invited further pleadings on contentions addressing the New Hampshire Radio-logical Emergency Response Plan.
Attorney General Bellotti had, before receiving a copy of that Order, previously sub-mitted responses to both the Staff's and Applicants' answers to his contentions relative to the New Hampshire plan.
- However, not having received the Board's guidance in this regard, Attorney General Bellotti did not in all instances indicate whether the Applicants agreed with certain rephrased contentions.
In accordance with the Board's direction, Attorney General Be.llotti hereby supplements his prior responses by indicating that the Applicants have agreed to the rephrasing of Contentions III and IV as set forth in prior pleadings and no longer object to the admission of those contentions as rephrased.
The Staff's assent to certain redrafted contentions has already been indicated in Attorney General Bellotti's prior j
pleadings.
Very truly yours, u<!
