50-328 By the June 15, 1983 letter from me to you, we submitted a request to amend the operating licenses, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifi-cations for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, units 1 and 2.
provides revised proposed technical specifications. Enclosure 2 provides the justifictstion for the proposed changes and the significant hazards consideration determination required by 10 CFR 50.92. These revisions are being submitted as a result of telephone conversations with Carl Stahle of your staff and John Knox, NRC.
The revisions to the requestea amendment have been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92, and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
Because of the exigent circumstances associated with this proposed amend-ment, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 2 being in a refueling outage of 74 days, we are submitting the revisions concurrent with the review by our Nuclear Safety Review Board.
