Dear Mr. Page:
This letter is an advance notice of the pending move by IRT Corporation from our present leased facility into our new Headquarters Building.
The facility that is presently occupied is located at 7650 Convoy Court in San Diego, Calif.
The new facility is located at 3030 Callan Road in San Diego, Calif.
We do not have a definite date for the move at this time; however, the move is tentatively scheduled for late October 1983.
This letter is being sent to you so you can start to make advance arrangements for a release survey of the building at 7650 Convoy Court.
In the near future you will receive three items:
1.
A license amendment describing the new facility and any changes in our operations.
2.
The definite date of our move.
3.
The final meter and wipe survey of the 7650 Convoy Court facility taken by the IRT Health Physicist.
