Counsel.
SinEe this is a postponement.from a meeting that 8
was schedule for a prior day, we do not need a short notice.
9 This is SECY-83-261.
A review of a Director's 10 Denial in Safe Power for Maine's Request for a Show Cause 11 Order based upon Licensee's alleged lack of financial 12 qualifications.
13 In the Order, the Commission is being asked to 14 approve the Order which would take review of the Director's 15 Decision under 10 CFR 2.206.
The Order that was proposed 16 affirms the decision of the Director and provides some 17 additional ~ discussion of the issues.
18 The Chairman, Commissioners Roberts and Asselstine 19 have approved the proposed Order as it was distributed to Co'missioner Gilinsky has disap-20 you a short while ago.
