SUBJECT:
RELEASE OF INFORMATION FOR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE By "0CAN048312, Forwards Vols 1-3 to Arkansas Nuclear One Units 1 & 2 Response to Suppl 1 to NUREG-0737 Requirements for Emergency Response Capability,Generic Ltr 82-33, Per [[CFR" contains a listed "[" character as part of the property label and has therefore been classified as invalid.. Task Force Formed & Organizational Structure Established|letter dated April 15, 1983]], we transmitted to the Arkansas Power and Light Company (AP&L) a Safety Evaluation with an attached FRC Technical Evaluation Report regarding Environmental Qualification of Safety Related Electrical Equipment. The Technical Evaluation Report con-tained certain information which AP&L had previously claimed to be proprietary, and we requested AP&L to review the indicated proprietary material and inform us if the material still required proprietary pro-tection.
By letter dated July 7,1983, AP&L informed us that it was no longer necessary to withhold the material as proprietary. Accordingly, the FRC TER should be made publicly available.
Please have it placed in the NRC and local public document rooms and make the appropriate adjustments to the records.
