This refers to your letter dated July 22, 1983 requesting to be registered as a user of the Model No. Gas Cylinder Fire Impact Shield package.
Because you do not have a license to physically possess the tritium gas, we cannot register you as a user of the package. The facility from which the shipment originates is considered the shipper by the Nuclear Regulatory Canalission.
