SUtf4ARY BOARD NOTIFICATION (83-111) 1 In accordance with present NRC procedures agarding Board Notifications, the enclosed is provided for your information. All 1982 and 1983 Board Notifications were reviewed for potent'ial relevance to the Seabrook case. The following lists those which relate to Seabrook and have not been addressed in the staff's SER:
BN Number Sub.iect Status and Method for Resolution BN 82-7S Accident Sequence Report was. issued as background Precursor Report information and will be responded to through testimony, if necessary.

BN 822122 USGS Position on See attached proposed program to Charleston Earthquake address this new information and the staff's-interim position for licensing reviews. Additional information will result in a follow up BN.
BN 82-123 USGS Open File Report on Report is under study to determine-Probabilistic Estimates potential impact on staff review of Maximum Acceleration procedures. Additional information and Velodity in Rock will result in a follow up BN.
BN 82-124 Semiscale S-UT-8 Test Resolution will be handled under i
Results TMI item II.K.3.30. Additional information will result in a follow up BN.
BN 83-l's EG&G Draft Report on NRC staff review of this report is Ranking of Systems being finalized. The final report will be issued in a follow up BN.

It has not yet been decided if this issue will be handled on a generic basis (BN) or plant specific (SSER).
The staff will dispose of these issues as stated under " Status and Method for Resolution".
