- W" *"" c' One side issue which I did not address in the enclosed memo is the request made by Eichard Parks, former Sectel employee for Unit !! cleanup.
At the Middletwon meeting Parks asked Arnold if anythin6 had been done about the feed and bleed process in Unit II in the event there would be a mishap during the removal of the reactor head.
I believe UCS tried to gain a hearing on this process.
If Parks is asking and Arnold responds in anger, you may be sure it is important.
