South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Final Safety Analysis Report Amendment 32 Please find, under separate cover, sixty copies of Amendment 32 to the South Texas Project (STP) Units 1 and 2 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).

A copy of this transmittal is attached to each amendment copy.

Amendment 32 revises the FSAR to incorporate the following:

1.

Changes reflecting RC8 HVAC Design; 2.

General update to FSAR Section 3.8; 3.

Revised AWS visual inspection criteria; 4.

Responses to NRC questions; 5.

Miscellaneous FSAR text revisions and editorial changes.
