The rationale for limiting the report to an assessment of only 22.5 acres should be included in the introduction.

This is needed.to~ make it clear why the remainder of the 69 acre stabilized area, defined on page 28 of the DEIS, is not included in the assessment.

'Pg. 2 - map.. It is difficult to discern the Vitro tailings site.

Pg.32-Para.2 The cost base for the $8.4 million permit valuaton was-not noted.

It should be noted if this is in 1983 dollars or some other base.

Pg.50-Para.5-The value of the frontage property should read $78,400 per acre.
