Therefore, the parties mutually agree to the following:

Paragraph 4 is revised to read:
This Agreement shall continue in effect until April 7,1984, unless sooner terminated as set forth hereinafter. This Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties as evidenced by written modification thereof.
