INVESTIGATION
~On 7-2-79, I was notified by J. t., Seelinger that W
had received grades, on twgo.f_. bis _four.make_up hand-Jn.exarCsections, that were below the minimum a
criteria. Specifically, a 75.6% on the. Category E Section (Safety and Engineering Systems) and a 64% on the Category H Sectica (Fuel Handling and Core Parameters). -
Additionally, the Training'Decartment had raised a question as.'.to the_poss_ibility that~the~ handwriting on~two oItE5 e'x'amiEstions did_nqt_. appear t.o_ba y'.y
