systems analyst. During this period, I was part of a team Z6 that built a nuclear simulator for the Combustion Engineering 27 plant, Calvert Cliffs.

In March 1973, I began to work for the Babcock 4 Wilcox 29 Company as a Licensing Engineer.
Initially, I was responsible 30 for the licensing activities of the three Davis-Besse Plants, 31 being built for the Toledo Edison Company and the Crystal 32 River plant being built for Florida Power Corporation.
Since 33 May 1975, I have been the unit manager of the Contract Unit 34 in the Licensing Section. This unit is responsible for the 35 licensing activities of all B4W plants'in the preoperational 36 stage of development.
