AITS NO. H07003271 - PART 21, BROWN & ROOT - ASCERTAIN IF THE THREE BROWN & ROOT PROBLEMS ARE PROPERLY RESOLVED (VITS81-153)

During the 99900521/83-01 inspection at Bechtel Power Corporation, Houston, Texas, office, actions and responsibilities relative to the subject item were evaluated.

-The purpose of this inspection was to determine the present status of these

, problems.

The three problems had been reported as 10 CFR.Part 21 deficiencies by Brown &

Root and are now being processed by Bechtel Power Corporation.

The results of the Region IV inspection are presented in'Section E.6 of the attached report.
