3) G01-82-0152, dated April 21, 1982, RW Root to RH Faulkenberry

4) G01-82-0413, dated July 2, 1982, DW Mazur to R.H. Faulkenberry Reference 3) informed your office of a

reportable deficiency under 10CFR50.55(e),

and transmitted an interim status report on the subject condition.

Reference 4) provided the Supply System's final report on the above caption condition.

Since it has been determined that the only cable involved is that used in the Unit 4 penetrations (see reference 4) this letter only refers to Unit 4 and Docket No. 50-513.

Due to the current indeterminant status of Unit 4, a completion date has not yet been established.

Therefore, we will defer any further updates until a completion schedule has been established or else no later than construction restart, whichever occurs first.
