Dear Sir:
I have a copy of your memorandum of June 21,
- 1983, describing the case load forcast pannel meetings of April 13-15, 1983.
This is the first document that I have seen which I have observed relates only to Docket No. 50-352, and does not describe Unit Two at Limerick.
Can you please advise me what the proce-dure is with respect to these combined dockets that would dictate a separation of Docket 50-353 from Docket 50-352 for this pur-pose.
Have they been determined to be on different tracks, such that it is not appropriate for a case load forcast for 50-353?
Is there any document in the NRC file which would support a differentiation between the two dockets?
Under the freedom of information act, I request copies of any documents relating to the decision to conduct the CFP meetings and tour only with regard to Docket No. 50-352, and any documents relating to the rationale or basis for such decision.
