July 7,1983 FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE (Evidentiary Hearing August 1-5,1983)

n From August 1-5, 1983 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) will continue its evidentiary hearing in this case at the Fritz Lantham Building, Room 5814, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

The purpose of this session is to receive evidence concerning whether or not Texas Utilities Generating Company, et al., and its contractors have dis-couraged the reporting of non-conformances or construction deficiencies.

This hearing may be cancelled on motion of the State of Texas, which is responsible for presenting this aspect of the case.

Ordinary hours of hearing will be from 9 am to 5 pm, subject to periodic recesses and to extension of hours in order to complete the 1

hearing during the scheduled time period.

Members of the public are invited to attend.

Because the Board's time is expected to be dedicated g.

to the receipt of evidence, there are no plans for permitting limited appearance statements during this session of hearings.
