Babcock & V11cox Cocyaay on their Purchase Order 022660LS dated 10/1/70. The valve is intenJed to be used os our iq 1

Three Mile Island Euclear Station Unit 2 ("iMI-2). Dee to problems with a similar valve es our Unit 1 plant, the valve was used temporarily on Unit 1.
It has since been deces-i h.k yN11ka to return the valve to Dresser for inspection, rafar-J f taminated and returned to us for uue on Usit 2.
