- TUESDAY, JUNE 28, 1983, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D.C. OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE) f The Commission met to be briefed by the staff on the proposed final LER rule as contained in SECY-83-243.
Commissioner Ahearne circulated to the Commission a draft staff requirements memo.
Chairman Palladino requested the Commission to review and vote on the LER rule so that it can be affirmed during the affirmation meeting on Thursday, June 30, 1983.
(Subsequently, on June 30 a modified rule and SRM were approved at the affirmation meeting.)
