Utilizing experience in resolution of those items, consider alternate.

concepts for Operating Plants whereby NPGD took on the "*esign Agent" role. The objective.would be to keep design current and act for cwner on changes for design analogous to the " Maintenance Contrictor" for r.aintenance.
