The purpose of the request was to reflect on the operating experience of Three Mile Island-2 incident and look at where we ought to be in the Diviston in the support of operating procedures and where we are and to recomend step-by-step apprcach to going from present to the desired role in suppcrting a~ctivity to. utilities I request th-t you conduct this review yourself, personally and privately, in that there are matters in this report which are bound to raise questions of changing organizational responsibilities, hence the nu:nbar of people considering the issue should be kept minical to preserve optiens and to allow for the best possibility of realizing benefits which we ultimately expect by any changes we cake.
