The Commission was briefed by the staff on the status of items requiring completion at TMI-l prior to restart.

The Commission requested that 1.

Table 1 be revised to indicate specific inspection requirements and 2.

the staff provide an expanded version of Table 2 (Non-Certification Items) in a level of detail comparable to Table 1 (Restart Certification Items).

The staff noted that a Notice of Proposed Finding on a "no significant hazards" determination was published for comment in May and that a final determination will be proposed for Commission concurrence around the end of June.
