Each member of the TPJ Training Department shall, upon initial assign =ent to the departr,ent, complete an orientation program. The purpose of this progran is to familiarize the individual with the overall functions, re-quirements and responlibilities of the T!!I Training Department.

The proDram will consist of the lessons, discussions a'nd reading assign-ments outlined in the following appendices to this mmo:
Appendix A - TMI Training Department Orientation Program l
This attactment outlines a number of lessons and discussions with various members of the Training Department Staff. These sessions should acquaint the individual with Training Department personnel, progra=s, and equipment.

This is a listing' of applicable federal, company, and departmental procedures
.and regulations which, to a great extent, are responsible for detemining the content, length and frequency.of the various progracs conducted by this department.

A copy of Appendix A chould be conpleted (date, time, cognizant staff cem-ber) when a person begins the orientation program.
Upon completion of the program, the conpleted copy 'of Appendix A and a copy 4.
of Appendix B should be attached to a completed Training Department Admini--
strative Fom. This package should then be forwarded to the Training Depart-ment Administrative Assistant for computer entry and filing.
