Supervisory persennel selected for Shift Supervisor training will enter a c cprehensive training program administered by the 0;eration Saparvisors.
The program will include periodic evaluation of the candidates perfor :ance by the Unit Superintendents. The evaluatien will be used as a means of determining w. ether the candidata should continue in the program or whether it would be in the best ir.terest of both parties for the candidate to return to his previously held position.
The training program will provide the following training as outlined below, but rt.ay be codified as needed to accoradate the individuals strengths and/

Candidate will work one week on all three (3) shifts (7-3, 3-11 and 11-7).

Other Unit Training (approximate 1/10 weeks) 1.
Spend 10 weeks of cor.crehensive in plant and classram training on the Unit not presently licensed.

Training Department to supply a program consistant.ith candidates needs for cross-licensing training. (See attached seedule Attachment 2) 3.
Each week an evaluation is rade-and sent to the Unft Superintendents.

At the end of this training period the Unit Superintendents will meet with candidate to discuss progress and evaluattms.

Return to OJT (approximately 3 weeks) 1.
Candidate will return to work with the 2 remaining Stift Supervisors not previously worked with.

Again evaluations are made each week.
