LEE. MOIBOLT. AAMODT PETITION TO INTERVENE Jane Iee, Bruce Melholt and Norman Aamodt petition the Commission for leave to intervene as a party in the proceeding concerning the repair of the steam generator tubes of Unit 1, a proposed amendment to the operating license.
Our interest is the health and safety of ourselves, our families and the public in the vicinity of the Unit 1 plant.
In. order to accomodate our resources, we request that the hearing be held.in Rennsylvania near the site of the plant.
We find that Harrisburg is incemvenient in terms of additional traveling time and parking accomodatioma, nor does this location facilitate access of the public at greatest risk.
Additionally, we request that all documents be served om.
all three individuals.
