1.0 - Cencrcl Instructions and Ipprer.ch The plant shall be licenacable at warranty rating. Increcced costs within the Turbine Island scope caused by aEC or Contrcetor Revisions with regard to the Nuclear Island shall bo borno by the Nuclear Island Contractor.
It is anticipcted that construction scncaczent for the overc11 plant vould be handled by a single organization selected by the Ovner. The Contrcctor sh:11 cooperate with the Owner for the provision and arrcnge=ent of tc ecrcry construction facilities in order to limit their duplication. The Ovner vill provide an overall plan of the sLte, delineating varehouse, open storcde, pcrking areas, etc., conti uous with the requirc=cata of the various G
contrcetors. Ibrthemore, the schedule vill be established so as to permit c:ultiple conctruction subcontracts, in order to take adventcco of ccepctitive biddinc for each phetse of the work (such as structural stcci, piping or gencrclbuildingconctruction).
